I wanted to send you an email regarding the messages and emails that you have recently sent. 

 

Please understand that any traffic or guest invited into the building by YOU at any time, is ultimately your responsibility and that Chesney-Kleinjohn, Darrell, Pillar and myself are under NO obligation to trespass, or bar any of those guests if you decide that you no longer want them in the building.  It is your responsibility to contact the police and obtain any trespass notices for your apartment.  We do not control where you find your guests, who your guests are and why you bring them into the building.  Any unwanted behavior by your guests is ultimately your responsibility and it is your responsibility to end any such unwanted behavior if you choose to do so.   Chesney-Kleinjohn, Pillar Property Services, Darrell and myself will hold you accountable if you or your guest violate the lease agreement that you have signed with Pillar.   Please also understand that you are not- at any time or under any circumstance a representative, a spokesperson or employed by Chesney-Kleinjohn so you have no authority regarding any rules, or statutes as it relates to the building and other residents.   

 

Please also be aware that intercom system only works with local numbers- if you wish to be listed in the directory please provide me with a local telephone number.

 

Please cease any contact with myself, or Darrell unless is relates to the apartment itself (i.e. service requests, rent questions etc.).  Any additional contact will be viewed as harassment and will be dealt with as such.
