I think I knew, all along, since leaving Wilkerson Pass, that Alma would not be the final destination. Past Alma on 9, is a little ski resort, called Breckenridge. To be honest, I have never been to a ski resort town when there was not snow. I was curious. As we passed the Continental Divide, I knew there was no turning back and Breckenridge would be the last stop, before turning around. I also knew I would have to stop there in the way back to get some pictures.
My thought was, since I am traveling in my home, I could find a quiet spot in Breckenridge and stay over night and head back to Colorado Springs in the morning. Wow! Wrong! For there being no snow on the ground that place was hopping with people. I went down the main drag and people everywhere. I did find a spot to take Lil' Girl out near an overflowing river. Most places I saw had signs posted for no over night parking. I ended up not taking any pictures in Breckenridge due to my arm hurting.
So we headed back. Since I did not start this adventure until after noon, I wanted to get back before dark. We landed back in Colorado Springs around 7 or 7:30.
Migraine is still hanging on. Cold sores do not hurt as much. My thumb is still throbbing and now my arm hurts to. The adventure was well worth it though.

Robin Lynnette Presley Glad you're feeling a little better - ive heard Breckenridge is beautiful
David Ca Parrish It is beautiful. I would have explored more but rain was coming and I knew I was heading back and wanted to get back before dark. Going to have to actually plan a trip up there instead of ending up there at 4:30 in the afternoon. LOL

David Ca Parrish It was 80 at noon in Colorado Springs when I left and I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. By the time I got to Breckenridge the rain clouds had moved in and it was in the 50s and I had to pull out a sweatshirt because if the wind. The cooler weather followed me all the way back to Colorado Springs, but so did the rain storm. LOL

James Driskill Dearest Friend David, if you have anyone giving you toruble for things like "I saw had signs posted for no over night parking." -- Send me their name! I will defend your right to maintain your lifestyle, which you apparently have effectively sought it to be happiness. Do not question my resolve of matters. For knowing you real - and knowing that kind of signage is bull shit here in the United States [ I had to deal with it on my long walk of beauty ] -- it would not be so hard to be freely nomadic in many parts of the world -- including urbanized countries in Europe! They have an entire complexity of established tails for such outbacking holding their own in this style for ages -- centuries actually -- and never shall it be lesser the wiser of society to remove it from us. . here in the United States - one cannot truly legally walk a tour of natural resources in our nation without money and resources --unless we ignore the signage -- I know you already know this -- you have the legal passing right to travel and apply this standard to your life and no other legal constructs hold against you for breaking the law -- when the law is wrong. Ridiculousness ! -- You are in a intentional nomadic lifestyle in your life and have been in a journalist role on Facebook for years now. There are no other set of hidden motives that places you there for overnight camping thus is allowed -- constitutionally as a "necessity" -- give them [ a police officer if it is ] one chance to legally justify yourself of that night or they be individually listed to be @fuckeduphuman.net forever for your strife or amended apologies for the circumstances under their initial direction and control of the law enforcement role as a peace officer first. They can make the assessments quickly. But if you hold this post to PERMALINK it will be on Facebook -- but I will cross post this to my own space -- it will be filed here -- Folder Created [ http://gruwup.net/[WebDomains]/facebook.com/DavidCaParrish/ ] : This my first one for you Dearest GRUW UP friend David Ca Parrish Be safe always. As a former notary, I will PREFACE a statement from me as personally knowing you upon accreditation of your character for the world.

James Driskill GIVE THEM THAT-- REPRIMANDS AVAIL - ?? What does that mean ? HOLD YOU RIGHTS [ http://gruwup.net/.../FromTheDeskOf-Gruwup-us-bw... ] -- Tell whomever it is -- his is your personal friend that holds these spaces on the internet. One chance -- "Please let me pass by here and let me stay overnight as I a matter of legal necessity exceptions Thank you Officer. "
James Driskill You should not even have to give them your ID -- but that is a matter for you to discourage conflict and disempower the officer's authority over his job onto a citizen that holds the truth to him and he refuses to accept that truth at face value. You are not automatically dishonored of trustworthy status because you are homeless. it is a matter of "Informational quarantine" that needs to be addressed in the UNITED STATES and I am trying my best.
James Driskill You are welcome to have these printed for yourself -- to use at NON-TECHNICAL spots -- I suggest you have them laminated. If you want me to make you a PERSONALIZED SET WITH QR SCAN CODES ON REVERSE -- that is my latest attempt to interface here -- in a community ignoring me -- http://community.gruwup.net/01/
James Driskill THERE IS A MESSAGE AT THAT -- IN SPOKEN TEXT NARRATIVE VERSION FROM THAT LINK -- FROM POPE FRANCIS TO THE ADDRESS OF CONGRESS. Do not question my resolve I say. My set of wisdom I am bringing back from our history are steadfast strong onto you. I know -- we have talked in detail personally face to face of these.
James Driskill Your are probably one of the only exceptions of moral character David to understand the differences [ http://community.gruwup.net/01QR.jpg ]
